Skin Testing

All Clients must have a skin/patch test a minimum of 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will result in the appointment being cancelled and any deposits made will be forfeited.

Cancellations

Clients wanting to cancel or reschedule an appointment will need to give a minimum of 48hrs notice. In the event of a late cancellation/no show the deposit will be lost and another deposit will be taken to rebook the appointment.

 

Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be considered a no show. This means all deposits will be forfeited and the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a new deposit made.

Deposit
 

To secure the appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. Clients who do not complete the booking process will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Deposits can be made either by bank transfer or coming into the salon and making the payment.
